I contacted Julia when we were really struggling.
Our baby would only sleep after being rocked with every feed. They would feed 3/4 times in the night and we would regularly walk around for hours on end after the feed to get them to sleep.
We also couldn’t put them down in the crib during the day, they would only contact nap.

Wow! I’ve talked to a lot of sleep coaches over the last few years and mostly I have received good or bad advice from people who seem to be following their gut and nothing else. (And Lordy, some of the advice that I’ve been given- dreadful!) The minute I met Julia I got hit with just how much experience , training and evidence-based knowledge she has. I followed her advice to the letter and within 4 days my little boy (who I left far too long without sleep training, the poor thing) was sleeping through the night and a far more chilled out, contented little man. And my life has improved dramatically as I’m sleeping well for the first time in almost two years, and the chronic pain I have developed from pregnancy and child-carrying and constantly cradling in the night is already way better and not keeping me awake. We cannot recommend Julia enough. I asked Julia for help around a month ago with my 2 year old son, he has never slept well and me and my family were at breaking point. We had sleep trained our eldest at 11 months but I wasn’t best pleased with the sleep trainer… so with our second - By 7 months I had got back into the bad habits of rocking him to sleep. However this just wasn’t suitable with a toddler running around too! Enter Julia!
It was fantastic - I did the video consultation and opted for the 2 week WhatsApp support.
We started CIO and within a few days my little one was self settling/soothing himself. As my husband works late I was doing the CIO solo at home - but I never felt alone as Julia was there at the end of WhatsApp; encouraging and supporting me. She really gave me the confidence to commit and ride out the crying. 2 weeks later we’ve got a 7.5 month old who falls asleep on his own and now follows a 7-7 routine. Julia helped me establish a great routine that worked around my eldest and her nursery pickups. We’ve now got our evenings back again and have formed a lovely routine that makes us all happy. My 6 month old baby was a bad sleeper from birth waking every 40 minutes all night and would only contact nap during the day.
He is now able to self settle and is even starting to sleep through overnight which is something I never thought I would say. He also takes brilliant naps in his cot too! Julia also helped me establish a proper daytime routine with his feeds which has made him so much happier and less fussy as he is taking in more hindmilk and not snacking all the time.

We contacted Julia in some desperation when our 4 month old wasn't able to nap for longer than 30 minutes in the day and feeding to sleep was becoming a problem. During the initial online consultation Julia clearly explained some of the science behind baby sleep and our options for how to address the issues we were facing. A plan quickly followed and we started on it that night. I'm so glad we did - almost immediately our baby was self-settling, sleeping longer in the day and I felt like we'd regained control of night time feeds. Now, just over two weeks in we're on the cusp of 12 hours sleep a night, far better quality naps in the day and a much happier baby (and parents!). I have no idea why I hadn't discovered Julia sooner! My little one at 21 months was still co sleeping with me and boob dependant to sleep! Well what can I say. We consulted Julia after our baby who had been an amazing sleeper as a new born, started waking all through the night. At her worst it was every 40 mins and she refused to go back down in her cot meaning I had to sit up with her until the next failed attempt at putting her down.
We consulted Julia after reading the reviews. She was not only incredibly knowledgable and helpful but also a lovely person. She helped dispel a lot of myths and widely held misunderstandings about sleep training which are out there and talked us through the various options for sleep training methods.
On night 1, my baby slept for 11.5 hours. By the next day she was taking less than 5 mins settling for her naps. It was incredible. Life changing is the phrase I keep using. It is as though we have been given a wonderful gift of full nights sleep - but more importantly, our daughter is getting the full, restorative, uninterrupted sleep she needs which is so crucial to her development. Which, by the way, has come on in spades since two weeks ago when we started. She’s now rolling both ways, crawling and pulling herself up onto furniture as well as being generally brighter and happier. Coincidence? Maybe. Either way, I can’t recommend Julia enough. I’m only annoyed at myself for not doing this sooner!
As I write this it is 7.15pm, baby has been asleep for 40mins, hubby is at the football and I’m having a glass of wine, waiting for Eastenders!!
My little boy was 2y1m when I got in contact with Julia (desperately googling at 5am after another terrible night and early wake). I thought I'd tried everything, and was convinced he was just a terrible sleeper, or just didn't need as much sleep as most children. I have used julia twice and would definitely recommend. My daughter was 15 months old and up nearly every hour in the night which was awful going to work exhausted every day and sending her to nursery. After the first night everything changed and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Against my better judgement I slipped into bad sleep habits with my son and it was just easier to have him in my arms to sleep all the time. 2 weeks on my now 5 month old goes down into his cot in his own room day or night and sleeps without any tears. Whilst it has been harder with a younger child it has definitely been worth it and no more carrying round a massive baby every time he needs a sleep!
I worked with Julia when my third baby of 4 months needed a nudge in the right direction to sleep through the night. We booked a consultation with Julia after a recommendation from a friend. We had tried several ways to help our 6 month old baby sleep but ultimately we’d not been teaching him to self settle. The consultation with Julia was down-to-earth, informative and so reassuring - she gave us the confidence we needed to start sleep training with our baby and based on the information we had provided and the choices we made, she also provided us with a detailed plan to follow. This was a exactly what we needed and the ongoing support was invaluable. Julia got back to us straight away when we contacted her with any questions and after following Julia’s plan, our baby now sleeps from 7pm until 6:30/7am. It’s the best investment we have made and we cannot recommend Julia enough x

We came to Julia in a sleep deprived haze after a year of inconsistency and quite honestly, two weeks later (although not perfect 100% of the time), we are in a position that we wouldn’t have dared to dream about. My son struggled with sleep for the first 6 months due to severe reflux and needed to be upright and had never slept in anything but our arms until 7months. As a result he and (us) had developed some habits that were incredibly hard to break on our own without support and direction. I had bought an expensive app that supposedly gave me a personalised sleep plan, but it wasn’t working and we were floundering. My incredibly empathetic and generous friend found Julia for us as she was just appalled by the lack of sleep my husband and I (and my son) were having. The 6 + times a night we were getting up and rocking him back to sleep, and the two hours a day we were pacing with him in a sling, not daring to make a noise or take a sip of water we’re taking it’s toll. With me starting back full time at work, my back condition exacerbated with the heavy rocking, and nurserys declining to take him due to the sleeping situation, something needed to change....cue Julia. I was really nervous when my friend suggested Julia we just nothing seemed to be working and I didn’t want her to waste her money on me. She had done a lot of research and from looking at Julia’s website, I was comforted by the fact she is a registered nurse and midwife as I know that also being an RGN, she has to be accountable. The first appointment explained all the science behind baby sleep and reassured us we weren’t being awful parents by craving more sleep. She reiterated the fact that baby’s NEED their sleep so they can continue to grow and learn. After discussing some techniques she sent us a detailed plan which we have followed and I have to say it wasn’t as scary as I thought. Within 3 days he was only grizzling slightly when he woke at night and within a week he was going down in the day with about 30 seconds of fuss. He had NEVER had a nap in a cot in the day before and with her plan, he has been going down consistently for almost 2 weeks. She answered all our questions and gave us the guidance we have needed over the last 2 weeks and has never made us feel that any question is too silly to ask. Our son has associated all his routines so well and now in he signs that he is tired at us and actually goes to get his sleeping bag to show us.
She has made us feel so refreshed that we are actually contemplating another child in the future. If that happens, we will definitely be back to take her antenatal sleep class. Our son is now such a happy little boy as he’s no longer tired and he has two happy parents as we have now slept for more than 2 hours at a time. Thank you Julia! Upon the consultation, a plan was put into place for us to wean him off the dummy, and then get him ready to be in a position to self sooth. This was by no means an easy quick fix, but with follow up guidance from Julia he was sleeping 11-12 hours after a couple of weeks, and is now much happier in the day
I cannot recommend Julia highly enough, she has helped my family so much. Thanks to Julia’s help my 17 week old son has a great routine with 3 solid naps a day and sleeps through most nights. I contacted Julia when he would only nap for 30 mins at a time and had woken up 10 times the night before. I felt like I was doing everything wrong and my baby wasn’t getting the rest he needed.
The call with Julia was fantastic, she was so personable and I immediately felt comfortable, she quickly identified where we could improve things and we implemented straight away. Despite talking to Julia just before Christmas she responded super fast to every email over the Christmas break and every time I contacted her, not just with ideas on what we could do but also supporting me as a mum and making me feel confident. We had not had a full nights sleep for 11 months when we got in contact with Julia and were sceptical that anything could be done after trying lots of techniques. A mixture of feeding and rocking was the only way to get baby to sleep and even then it could take hours.
Julia’s advice was fact based and science led which we appreciated. By the third night our 11mo slept through the night and has since, it’s amazing! She now self settles and sleeps 7-7. She also cooperates for most naps.
We are very happy parents now and more importantly our little girl is getting the sleep she needs. A game changer!
Julia has been super through out Leo’s sleep training. Leo used to sleep in his sleepyhead in bed with me and wake up every 1-2 hours during the night. I was such a zombie... after training Leo to fall asleep by himself in his cot omg what a difference it has made for us. Julia was every soo good she responded fast to my emails and alway encouraged me which is what I needed especially as doing the training was hard as MIL would alway put me down as she would not like it and get upset which made me upset... and hubby working all the time.. what a rollercoaster but worth every second as now I no why Leo is crying and I know what to expect if he has not had good sleep... defo recommend sleep training by Julia she is shamazeing 😀
We didn’t have luck. I think every baby is different and standard methods don’t always work. It is what it is, it’s really no one’s fault. We contacted Julia because our 6 months old baby wasn’t sleeping, we got the consultation + 2 weeks unlimited texts/calls/emails and despite following all the advice our baby still cries for over 1 hour every night before going to sleep and naps are not settled at all. Again, no one’s fault, I suppose we can say we are lucky we have a little girl that knows what she want! 😅 The reason I wouldn’t recommend Julia is not the above, but the fact that I haven’t been able to reach Julia in one of the most difficult moment of the process: the beginning. The first morning after we started the training I tried to contact her for hours and I couldn’t find her. I was with my baby screaming the house down and I really felt completely alone, without knowing what to do: I didn’t want to ruin the process, but I didn’t know how long I could leave her. Extremely frustrating. Appreciate she has a family too and absolutely can’t ask she is alway there, but I think there are pivotal moments in the training process where we NEED her support and it would have been nice to know BEFORE that she wasn’t gonna be available. Anyway, just wanted to share our experience.

No exaggeration, Julia saved us all! Despite a consistent bedtime routine and aiming for the elusive drowsy but awake, our little boy could not sleep. From 3 months he would sleep in 20-40min blocks for both naps and overnight sleeps. Needless to say we were exhausted and so was our little boy.
We contacted Julia when our little one was 5 months. I was a reluctant sleep trainer but Julia reassured me, explained the science and shared some evidence based reading that really helped. At no point was there pressure to go for one type of sleep training, all the plans were available to us and we were able to discuss together what we felt would work for us.
From night one there was an immediate change. Now two weeks in, we have a boy who sleeps 12hrs at night and has three solid daytime naps. We can put him down, say goodnight and he will settle in no time. He’s happier, chattier and coming on leaps and bounds with all his sleep.

Wow Julia, what can I say, changed our lives. Showed me how important timings are and how much a baby really needs their sleep! After her daddy sadly passing away in September I struggled mentally with no sleep and it was very difficult getting my baby girl to go down in cot and to stay down without waking. Every nap and sleep was on me. I would also have to rock her and I was feeding her to sleep. I now do not need to feed her or rock her she goes in her cot and sometimes doesn’t even make a sound and goes to sleep! with the help from Julia my baby girl sleeps through the night 7-7, and every nap a part from one is in her cot (because I still want a little snuggle with her).

We are so impressed! After a year of next to no sleep, our little boy M, with the support & guidance of Julia at the end of an email, is now sleeping through the night from 7pm till 6am in the morning, maybe waking 2/3 times, but importantly self settling within 15mins. He is also sleeping 3 x in the day as well.
Our reality just one month ago, before we began this 2 week programme, was that our one year old M consistently from birth struggled massively with not sleeping. He used to take 2.5 hours to get to sleep at night and then woke every 30mins to an hour.. He would often need rocking or music or something to help him. We had tried every different bed and room combination possible since he was born but it got worse and he ended up with us in our bed with none of us sleeping.
We kept going like this because we lived in hope it would get better. It didn't it got worse, until we discovered Julia and the sleep programme, and so glad we did.
We were not keen on the 'cry to sleep' idea that our older relatives had told us to do - we had tried just leaving M to cry but he got himself in such a state of distress it seemed wrong.
We then heard by chance that there was such a thing as a sleep consultant. We found Julia online and chatted first to see what we thought about it. Julia allayed our fears and gave us confidence, support and the information we needed to go ahead. Importantly Julia reminded us that he really needed sleep for his development.
Within a day into the programme we could see the difference. We had begun a routine and it was not as painful as we feared. Having Julia at the end of an email gave us a structure ,back up reassurance and the programme level for us was pitched just right.
My partner wasn’t sure how our little boy was going to take to the programme but he now says he’s "amazed and so grateful to be getting some sleep again and to have our evenings back"!

Our baby girl was 3.5 months old and sleeping very erratically - sometimes 30min catnaps all through the day, sometimes 2hrs, sometimes up multiple times through the night, sometimes doing much longer stretches, sometimes settling herself, sometimes needing a lot of help from us to drift off... She was all over the place, but Julia came to our rescue!
Julia helped us develop a brilliant sleeping plan and gave us all the tools and knowledge to implement it well, and within just a few days of starting the sleep training the difference was already incredible - we couldn't believe how quickly it worked! Having the 2 weeks of follow-up was amazing too as she was there for any questions we had (no matter how small/silly), issues, troubleshooting, and generally progressing on our sleep journey. Our girl now usually naps brilliantly during the day, can go a full 10-12hrs through the night, and settles herself to sleep quickly every time. If we have a bit of an off day, we know exactly how to get back on track afterwards. My husband and I have our evenings back, and we're both sleeping loads better too! It's amazing the difference it's made, and it means that we're all happier, more alert, and well-rested during the day too, so our awake/play times are much more fun and productive. Everyone cries less, everyone sleeps more, everyone is generally much happier all-around. And as an added bonus, baby's feeding has fallen into a much better routine as well!

Our routine with Amelia was gradually slipping to the extent that all naps and bedtime were a struggle to get her down, unintentionally she became very over tired and things became really tough! With Julia's clear plan and guidance, Amelia dropped her last night feed and ended up sleeping 7-7 and naps were soooo much easier! 😄And this was after 24 hours of training only!

Julia has been such a help in giving me the advice and knowledge I needed to help my baby sleep. My 8 month old now goes to sleep by himself for every nap and at night. I'm not getting up during the night as he can put himself back to sleep again. I have a good nap schedule that works for him. He still has some learning to do when it comes to linking his sleep cycles but he is getting there. He has gone from cat napping 30 mins to being able to do an hour and 15 mins so far. Looking forward to when he can do longer.

Working with Julia over the past couple of weeks has been life changing. Our baby was born at the start of the pandemic - she was constantly feeding and wouldn't let us put her down at all and we had to start co-sleeping. After a few days of sleep training, she started falling asleep on her own within a few minutes during the day and slept through the night. What's more, we're not so tired we can give her so much more love and attention during the awake times. It's brought the joy of having a baby back again.
It’s definitely true what they say “you can’t put a price on sleep” after struggling for over a year I finally had enough of being constantly tired and having a grumpy baby so I reached out to Julia for some help. Julia really helped us when it came to our daughter Arabella who would only sleep on me or my partner. I think what our baby girl craved was routine and being new parents we didn’t know how to give her that.
After buying numerous products from white noise machines to sleepy heads and taking advice from family, friends and the internet we decided a baby consultant was the way.
Even though at first it was hard going, our girl took to the routine really well and even though there were tears ( mine more that the baby’s) we powered through and she has a sleep routine and even sleeps through the night.

I highly recommend Julia as a fantastic sleep consultant. As a mum of 13 month old twins I thought I would never have a full nights sleep again or have my twins on the same daily schedule, but we are now on the 12th night of both sleeping through for a solid 11 hours. I cannot thank julia enough. At 4.5 months our previous great sleeper became a little monster who was wide awake in the early hours for 2 or 3 hours at a time.
After 2-3 days of following Julia’s plan he was sleeping through the night. We still have periods when he wakes early or naps badly.... but after a couple of days of going back to basics and following the principles julia taught us we get back on track!
My advice to any new parent would be speak to julia early! Dead easy principles to follow and her approach just makes sense! So much i wish i knew before our baby arrived.
Freddie was just over 4 months old when we contacted Julia after a friends recommendation. He would wake during the night and naps were only 30minutes long. My husband was sceptical at first however seeing how tired myself and Freddie were he agreed to try anything!
After speaking to Julia we started to sleep train and by the second night we had seen such an improvement. Since then he has consistently slept through the night and will now nap three times during the day with no assistance needed from us.

I recently won a competition Julia ran and I honestly feel so lucky as it’s changed our lives. When i spoke to Julia everything just made so much sense and she explained everything so clearly, my 3 month old little boy would only nap in my arms after being rocked to sleep and would constantly wake up in the night and need rocking back to sleep. After sleeping pretty well for the first 12 or so weeks, we were completely caught out and ill-prepared when our little girl started sleeping badly (waking up every 1.5 hours at worse and 3 times a night at best) and demanding milk around the clock. We got into an awful cycle and couldn't seem to get out of it, despite several tactics frantically googled at 3am.
We contacted Julia, feeling rather sceptical about the whole idea of sleep training and after our phone call conversation, to be honest, we had mixed feelings.
She seemed so confident and knowledgeable that we felt we had done the right thing, but believing that our problems coukd be fixed so easily felt impossible.
We were wrong! We followed Julia's instructions to the letter and after just 1 night things were already better. We could put our baby down to sleep without nursing and rocking and by night 3 she was sleeping through, with just a bit of crying. We literally never had to go in and sit by the cot again! it has only been 2 weeks and we are mindful of the fact that sleep regressions happen with development, but could not recommend this process more. Amazing!
Speaking to Julia has been one of the best decisions we’ve made since our baby came along. NCT can tell you everything about a newborn apart from what to do about sleep! Julia has enabled us to have a happy, more alert baby and the development we’ve seen in 2 weeks is incredible. Our 3 mo baby boy was becoming more and more overtired due to the fact that he had issues self-settling for both day naps and overnight sleeping. His sleep would not total more than 12-13h out of 24h and especially during the day he would go over 4-5 h with no sleep at all. Julia visited us and after assessing/analyzing our situation she described all reccomended methods of sleep training and together we chose the one most suited to our child. It made wonders for us. Now, we also get our much needed sleep and are feeling more relaxed.

I first went to a talk by Julia when my little girl was 5 months, she was sleeping well at night but I couldn’t get her to nap in her cot during the day, I had no idea how to introduce solids and milk at the same time and Ella seemed to think 5am was the start of her day. I thought the talk might be quite generic but was surprised when Julia gave very sound background to sleep in babies and how it all works together with naps and night sleep. After the talk I came away very positive and implemented her suggestions straight away- within a few days we had cot day naps nailed! The early waking was still an issue so I opted for email advice from Julia and was pleased with the results 🙂 Ella now sleeps through 7-7am and has two solid day naps in her cot. This is a very long overdue review but I couldn’t go without leaving a 5 star rating as that’s what made me reach out to Julia in the first place and my god am I glad I did!
Julia is literally the fairy god mother of sleep. We turned to her when our little girl was 13 weeks old - not only were we having to rock her to sleep and put her down extremely carefully for every nap but she was also hitting an early 4 month sleep regression going from having a 9 hour solid stint at night to waking up every 2-3 hours which felt like having a new born all over again! Naps were often 20 minutes long and she was becoming more and more overtired even resisting sleeps in the car and pram. After having a really insightful consultation with Julia she was sleeping through by night one and self soothing within 20 minutes by night 4! It has literally changed our lives not having to spend hours rocking her to sleep to then start all over again when she wakes up. I can now put her in her cot and she self soothes within 10 minutes - we have our lives back!

Just one consultation with Julia was a life-changing experience for us and our baby boy. He had a whole range of sleep issues - would only sleep in our bed, would sometimes take hours to fall asleep, would only fall asleep on my wife's breast and would wake up every few hours. Because of sleep deprivation our baby was constantly in a bad mood and we had to spend a huge amount of energy to continuously comfort him. After the consultation with Julia we went from that to the baby falling asleep by himself in his own bed in 1.5 minutes and sleeping for 12 hours without awaking after just 3 days of following her recommendations and sleep plan! Julia is amazing !!! I needed a help with my 3 months old baby boy , as he wasnt sleeping anywhere else except sleeping on me 🤦🏼♀️ feeling my breast ( as I’m fully breastfeeding) don’t get me wrong I love to have him close to me but that was getting out of control, every time I would of putting him down after falling asleep on me he would wake up after 5 minutes crying 😩. Nights wasn’t easy also as LO was waking up every hour wanted to be settled again with breast ! I need a serious help as luck of sleep was getting in to me badly. The day I spoke to Julia I decided to go ahead with a plan she suggested would be the best for Us . First night wasn’t too bad , tbh I was shocked that he even fall asleep by himself ( after 20-30 minute crying) but he eventually did , and slept for 3 hours straight ( that never happened before ) . I would highly recommend Julia if you are experiencing sleep issues. Don’t think twice about booking your consultation it will honestly be the best decision you make. We contact Julia when my return to work was looming and we were still night feeding my 9 month old. With some adjustments to our napping schedule and controlled crying the night feeds were cut out simply and with little protest and he is sleeping through.

We made contact with Julia when our almost 8 month old son Leo had gotten into a habit of waking up every night multiple times, always waking at 3-4am and refusing to sleep unless he had a bottle. But even with that he would be unsettled for the rest of the night and would always end up in our bed.
In addition to this, he only cat napped during the day and at random times and because of this we had no proper routine for him.
He now sleeps through the night 7-7 and even if he sometimes wakes up he is able to self settle without us giving him a dummy or feeding him. He has regular naps in the day including a 2h lunch nap and because of this routine I can plan my days more effectively and we are so much happier as a family and I can really enjoy spending time with my son without being constantly sleep deprived.
I could not recommend Julia more! If you have any doubts about sleep training - DON’T and contact Julia now! She is very friendly and approachable and will sort your baby’s sleep 👌🏼
We contacted Julia when our baby was almost 8 months old as she rarely would sleep more than 2 hours at a time! She would go to sleep at 7pm and we would be up and down the stairs until we went to bed trying to resettle her to sleep by feeding or holding her and so our evenings were always interrupted. Then we were up in the night 3-4 times doing the same thing again. We were exhausted and just wanted to get back to being able to sleep again!
We had a Skype call with Julia who is very friendly, has a great sense of humour and is very knowledgeable on the subject of sleep. She listened to our issues and got to know our baby’s routine and we discussed the science behind sleep and the methods of sleep training.
I was also confused about what to focus on, should I focus on getting her naps right? breaking through cycle of feeding to sleep? reducing milk in the night? and we had many questions all of which were answered and made us feel really confident and excited to think we could change this.
We decided we would do the cry it out sleep training method so as to get the pain out of the way ASAP for her and us! It was nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be and from the first night of following the advice on naps during the day, she slept through and has done since then. I now feel so much better as we are finally in a routine with naps and once she is in bed at 7pm, I don’t see her again until 7am.
I would really recommend speaking to Julia if you are not getting the sleep you need,I wish I hadn’t left it so long!
Julia helped me get my twins into a sleep routine when they were 6/8 weeks old! I had been told that it was too early for them but they have really benefited from the routine, and so have I! She keeps it very simple - just a couple of tweaks for us, and now at 4 months old they fall asleep on their own without being held (essential when you have two babies to settle) and last night slept 6 hours through the night 🙌
Don’t stress and be anxious about your babies/toddlers sleep, speak to Julia! Babies sleeping properly can be done!
At 9 months old our son would only fall asleep whilst being rocked and woke at least once during the night, sometimes for a bottle.
After endless nights of broken sleep and back pain from all the rocking we contacted Julia. We chose the “cry it out” approach and were prepared for a number of tough nights ahead. However after some small tweaks to our daytime routine and putting our son down awake, he got it from night one and has slept through for the last 2 .5 weeks!
He’s still getting used to the longer daytime naps however has absolutely no problem falling asleep alone. Not only are we all getting a full nights sleep but my husband and I now have our evenings back.

I was sceptical about hiring a sleep consultant for my 4.5 month old - what could a sleep consultant tell me that I hadn't already googled? But after the 4 month sleep regression hit and my kiddo was waking every 45 minutes at night crying and fighting day time naps like an absolute champ, I contacted Julia. The initial consultation was informative and scientific - it was really interesting to hear baby sleep being spoken about as a necessity rather than "a baby will sleep if it wants it" and also to hear about the hormones that affect a baby's sleep. Julia made it all make sense. She outlined 4 sleep training methods, I chose one, and she guided me through it. She then offers 2 weeks of follow up assistance to ensure I stuck to the method and to offer any support along the way. 2 weeks on and my 5 month old is now napping 3 times a day with minimal assistance and has slept through the night without any feeds twice and at worst is sleeping straight through with one feed. I would definitely recommend Julia, I feel like a changed woman!
Julia has saved my life! after 7 months of no more than 2-3hrs sleep at a time we were all struggling. the decision to engage Julia was the best thing we ever did. In 3 days my boy went from waking every 45 mins overnight and having irratic naps to sleeping right through the night! We had struggled for 7 weeks; waking every 2 hours at night believing that each night would be the last and things would get better “once we are out of the leap”. They didn’t. Every book or website we read contradicted each other (and the health visitors) as what was best to do. Like most things with babies there isn’t one right answer! We just needed some direction and one plan to stick to which we knew was safe for our baby. A sleep consultant was a desperate attempt for help. We had a brilliant hour call with Julia; she explained everything to us, answered all questions and was extremely personable, not making us feel like we were bad parents for being in that position. Her advice worked amazingly, and within 4 nights we had full sleeps; but we knew we weren’t doing any harm to our baby. We have since used our month follow up with Julia to ask more questions on sleeping and even other topics related to our baby. She was worth every penny as we function again as we have sleep and our baby is happier and rested. We didn’t realise that much of her grizzling in the day was because she was so overtired so we actually understand our baby again. Thank you again Julia for being the guidance we needed so much!

I was hopeful, but secretly not expecting it to work when we got in touch because I thought we’d tried everything, I was convinced we just had a bad sleeper!
Fast forward 10 days & our 14 month old now sleeps 12 hours!!
Being an anxious first time mum, I felt I had read every blog, post & book suggested to me, I had subscribed to a sleep help system and spent too much money on things that would supposedly help my baby nap/sleep which all made me feel like a complete failure when we didn’t see results, me & husband were arguing daily and the 7 nightly wakings we’re slowly making me insane and horrible to be around. After the 4 month sleep regression I was diagnosed with postnatal anxiety and sleep deprivation... I powered through until 7 months when I found Julia- she was the knight in shining armour I needed! Her video chat was loving and kind, but straight to the point too and with the evidence she presented I felt I could trust her and with her support achieve a healthy amount of sleep again! After just a few nights my little one was sleeping through (still with a little work to do) it was INCREDIBLE to see the turn around a few tweaks made... I am becoming more confident daily with Julia’s support and I am so grateful for her messages, advice and affirmation! We contacted Julia before our baby was born and she gave us a good overview of how to approach baby sleep as well as a copy of her book. We then had a Skype call when our baby was 3 months old, sleeping well already (waking once in the night) but we wanted to anticipate the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. She listened to us and came back straight away with a tailored plan of action which worked in pretty much 3 days! Our baby stopped waking in the night and learnt to self settle which meant we sailed through the regression. Highly recommend. Getting a good night's sleep is invaluable for parents and babies. Don't let the sleep deprivation drag!
Was co sleeping with my 9month old and her sleeping has never been great 2-3 hours feeding and less most of the time. Was trying to get a structured bed time routine so me and my husband could have some adult time. Just wasn’t happening so I seeked help and came across julia. Wow was worth every penny! She made me feel so relaxed and understand it all. Gave me options which I could do. So we went with it, slept through the first two nights! So we’re now on the third and I’m feeling positive! Wow where do I even begin?! Julia has quite frankly saved my little family from going stir crazy due to having 19months of what feels like no sleep! I used to be up every 2 hours if not less 😴 We are only on night number 5 and I can honestly tell you from day 1 the routine felt like it changed our lives ❤ My son was so dependant on me to feed him to get himself to sleep I honestly never thought I would ever manage changing that. Due to trying a few routines which just didn't work for us I was pretty negative that Julia could help us and wow was I wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend Julia she is absolutely amazing! My little boy wasn’t getting enough sleep and was consequently overtired and waking up frequently at night and at 5am every day. I couldn’t figure out what to do to fix it so spoke to Julia. Julia suggested some small tweaks to his routine and for the last two nights he has basically slept through and now wakes at gone 7! I like that Julia is happy to work with your parenting approach and gives you realistic timeframes of when you can expect improvement.
After 6 months of sleep deprivation and a baby who was so reliant on me to fall asleep and wake after every sleep cycle, I went in search of finding someone to help me before I had some kind of breakdown. Luckily I found Julia just in time. She fitted me in as soon as possible and was really positive and reassuring as we discussed a plan to put into place for my little girl. I felt motivated to make changes, not only for my sanity, but to set my daughter up to get quality sleep. The changes were manageable and, although I’m only 2 days in, I’m already seeing improvements. Seeing things get better helps to keep me on track to keep going. Sleep has always been a huge problem for me. I have two boys aged 5 and 1. My first boy began sleeping through the night at the age of 4 years old and half and my second son isn’t yet.
Julia is an amazing mother who trained our children to sleep through the night, we all get a great night sleep which keeps our children happy and our marriage strong. She is an incredible hard working person who only wants best for all children and parents .Buy the book it will change ur life!!
Because Julia talks about a baby sleeping intermittently as if it’s a ‘problem’ that all parents need to ‘fix’. Where actually perpetuating this myth creates problems. Creating unrealistic expectations puts parents under pressure. Babies wake. Some wake very regularly. This is normal.
