Video consultation packages from £150, with up to 4 weeks of unlimited follow-up support as I believe sleep education should be a journey that we take together so you have someone at your side, every step of the way. As my consultations are mainly by a video that means we can chat anytime and anywhere that suits you!
I also offer at-home packages for those with new babies who are struggling to learn their sleep cues and feeding cues and are just feeling a little lost.
From my years of working as a midwife, Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, and mother of 4 within 5 years, I have seen it all and done it all, and fixed it all! And now IT’S YOUR TURN!

I have also now written a book on the first year of parenting which is available on Amazon, but seeing as I love to help others on a face to face basis, I decided to become a Baby sleep consultant and offer sleep training guides and plans via video consultations or home visits.
